Office Support Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a lovely company in the New Romney area who need some general administrative support initially on a temporary basis for a minimum of 4-6 months, with the possibility it could develop into something longer term thereafter.

The role has become available due to an ever increasing workload and is being offered on a hybrid basis, so some working from home and some time spent in the office, so flexibility for the right person!

You would be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch and an excellent rate of £10 per hour is available, with weekly pay/holiday pay!

We are searching for someone enthusiastic, with a friendly disposition and a common-sense approach, who does not mind working within a busy environment, where no 2 days are the same!

This is a genuinely lovely admin opportunity within a friendly professional company.

Depending on the priorities for the day, you could be providing admin support to the one team in the morning and another team in the afternoon, including data entry, using Outlook for emails, post duties etc., so this is absolutely ideal for an individual who is happy and flexible enough to lend a hand, wherever required.

You will need reasonable PC skills including Word, Excel (nothing complicated) and Outlook, good all round administrative capabilities and a helpful approach.

At the moment, the majority of your colleagues are also hybrid working as well, for Covid safety reasons, so currently, there would only be 5/6 colleague's present in the office at a time.
