We are currently recruiting for a global manufacturing area and key employer in Ashford (non-food) for a Part Time Perpetual Inventory Controller (Raw Materials).

Working just 2 days, or 15 hours per week (split over Thursday and Friday) from 8am – 4pm within the Warehouse Services Department, you will be required to count, reconcile and report on raw material inventory in accordance to the pre-determined inventory count plan.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role.

In addition, you will be required to:

Assist in the progressing of inventory accuracy to 100%

Track progress against the pre-agreed plan ensuring the plan is closely adhered to

Complete daily reports on the number of inventory records checked

Investigate discrepancies and the reasons for any discrepancies recorded

Update the count data on the system

Extract recorded data on request

Assist with the continual improvement of the business
