Administrator, Good IT Skills, Quality Administrator,
We are looking for an additional Administrator to provide key administrative support with an established corporate client in Folkestone and these positions are placed within their Quality Team.
This admin support position has become available due to a particularly heavy workload as a result of Brexit and is expected to continue for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for an extension thereafter.
The ideal skills we are seeking:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills supported with strong administrative capabilities
A great attention to detail
The ability to demonstrate a “can do” attitude and a desire to continuously improve
Enjoy working as part of a busy team
Have an enquiring mind
Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint if possible)
Whilst the role is administrative/desk based, updating paperwork and procedures etc., there may also be an occasional need to enter the factory/warehouse environment.
You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
A good rate of pay is available with free parking.
