International Logistics Co-ordinator

Ref: HMT403 Salary: £Competitive rate Contract Type: ContractLocation: Folkestone

A great new opportunity with a global manufacturing company within the area for an:

International Logistics Co-ordinator.

 

This position is placed within the Export Logistics Team, with a start date as soon as possible and it  will run until at least 31st December 2017, thereafter the situation will be reviewed.

 

The essential requirements we are seeking in an individual wold be a combination of:

Previous experience of working within an export operation, with working knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, customs classification, tariffs and logistics requirements.

You will also require excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

 

Desirable skills would be:

English language a must have, plus 1 additional foreign language would be considered an advantage, ie. French, German or Polish, for example.

Any previous experience gained within FMCG environment (fast moving consumer goods)

 

This position will have special relationships with customer services, planning, production planning, quality control and other functions within the warehousing team.

 

Hours of work:

This is a Monday to Friday role.

8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday!

45 minute lunch breaks

In exchange we can offer you an exceptional hourly rate, depending on experience (weekly pay)!
