We are currently recruiting for an Internal Communications Assistant to join a newly refurbished, highly established organisation, based in Benenden.  Be part of exciting change and growth within the company and help deliver exceptional service. 

The role will see you supporting the organisation in communicating with internal stakeholders, making sure they understand the services, objectives, brand proposition, vision and values.  Communication at all levels is key to the role.

Furthermore, the role will also require:

·         Strong copywriting skills – ability to write for all media and digital channels

·         Manage intranet channel communications including the look and feel

·         Provide support and guidance to colleagues across the business

·         Use of Publishing software, web based applications and reporting systems

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·         Relevant experience within a similar

·         Marketing/Communications Degree or relevant qualification

·         Demonstrable communication skills at all levels

·         Ability to work on own initiative as well within a team

·         Comfortable with presentations at all levels

·         Strong IT skills

·         Be a team player
