An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Graduate Designer to join a successful and fast growing company, based in Canterbury.  The role is product design orientated and will require experience with using programmes such as Auto CAD and Rhino to create technical designs and renderings.  You will be working with an array of materials and working closely with the workshop and both internal and external manufacturers.

This role would really suit a recent graduate or someone who has successfully completed an internship within a Technical Product Design role.

Furthermore, the role will also involve:

·         Providing appropriate 2D and 3D technical designs

·         Quality checking samples and final products against designs

·         Working as part of a team

·         Be involved in creative discussions

·         Creating and amending technical drawings using AutoCAD and Rhino

·         Maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external manufacturers

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·         Product Design Degree or equivalent/relevant qualification

·         Strong knowledge of AutoCAD

·         Good knowledge of Rhino

·         Ability to draw in 3D

·         3D modelling skills

·         Great eye for detail

·         Strong creative flair

·         Be passionate about your design and see them through to fruition

·         Be well organised
