Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator, with ideally a years’ experience, to join one of their Hackney - North East London offices.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager.  Dealing with customers/clients face to face or over the telephone, working to daily and weekly targets, attend daily morning meetings, taking customers around viewings of properties.  Taking client details when coming into the branch and using the company database. 

The candidate must be well presented, spoken and used to working in a sales targeted role within estate agency for at least the last year.

Once established and company training has taken place promotional prospects are good. 

The candidate will need to be extremely enthusiastic, hard-working and driven for this opportunity which has excellent earning potential. The role is ideal for someone with some experience, looking for the next step in their career. 

Requirements for the Sales Negotiator include:

• Being proactive and organised in arranging and carrying out property viewings
• Direct agency experience
• Establishing great rapport with applicants, buyers, landlords, clients, colleagues and Property Management teams
• An ability to negotiate offers
• Providing an excellent customer service experience at all times
• A desire to exceed targets
• Excellent attention to detail in all administration
• Full UK driving license
