Part Time Admin Assistant

We are searching for an individual who will commit to this long term position which is being presented initially on a fixed term period of 12 months, but there is every likelihood the position will continue beyond that, on a rolling contract basis!

Hours:
20 hours per week
7.30am – 11.30am, so 4 hours per day.
Applicants must be able to commit to these hours for the long term.

Duties:
This role is placed within the Research & Development Team
You will have full responsibility for opening the office each morning, sorting the mail, opening the barrier, completing general admin support duties that will include managing their parcels delivery and internal distribution to colleagues, monitoring attendance and some PC work on Word, Excel and Outlook.

We are searching for someone with a great positive attitude, someone who picks things up quickly, someone who can take and understand instructions who is ultimately a people person.
