Are you looking for some ongoing temporary administrative and customer service related work – working from home?
These are great opportunities working for the local authority at an exceptional hourly rate of £10.59 per hour and you would be working 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch – no interviews required!
We are looking for individuals with telephone based customer service experience (ie. experience of handling incoming calls) and general administrative experience.
In order to meet the requirements of the role, you would be invited to complete one day of training for which you will be paid at their offices and provided with the equipment enabling you to go live working from home thereafter.
You would then be handling incoming telephone enquiries from members of the public, completing general admin work, including data entry, responding to social media and email enquiries relating to Waste Collections for example and also transferring calls to the appropriate department as required, but you will have received good, condensed face to face training enabling you to run with this.
Your hours of work would be: 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.
In terms of the duration, it is difficult to be concise, but the client envisages this will be for several months.
