Customer Service Adviser - working from home

We have an extra requirement for 2 additional Customer Service Advisers, with an immediate start available, due to a heavy workload.

This position is working for the local Council, so you will receive a couple of days in-house training and then given the equipment to then work from home thereafter.

An exceptional hourly rate of £10.59 per hour is available and you will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.

The role involves answering incoming calls relating to Garden Waste, responding to emails and social media enquiries too, so all very straight forward. Therefore, we are looking for individuals with previous call handling experience in a customer service capacity who have a pleasant telephone manner.

Duration: this is an ongoing booking so could continue for several months, as it's high season and generates lots of general enquiries.
