Customer Service Advisor – Public Sector
This is a 2/3 week temp booking – working from home, so you would be provided with the equipment in order to do so.
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week and an excellent pay rate of £10.28 per hour (weekly pay).
The successful individual would be working on behalf of the local Council as a Customer Service Advisor and involves answering incoming telephone enquiries relating to Waste & Recycling services. Basic training would be provided.
We are searching for an individual with excellent customer service skills, who is accustomed to call handling and at the same time, has the experience and resilience to handle an occasional difficult customer calmly and professionally, but of course escalating any complaints, where appropriate.
