Our client, an internationally recognised service provider, are currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join their fast paced operation.

Working within an established IT department you will be required to provide technical expertise in the area of application support, analysing business requirements and processes in order to identify and implement added value to the IT services supporting the business and its operations.

RSFL are welcoming applications from experienced Application Support Analysts who have the following skills and qualifications:

•Experience administering business and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

•Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and the Power platform

•SQL and reporting writing skills (PowerBI, Crystal and Qlikview)

•Experience in database administration (Microsoft SQL or Oracle)

•Some knowledge and experience of cyber security, Microsoft Azure, and web development

•Good communication and problems solving skills

•Self starter and able to work autonomously

The role is based in Dover, Kent applications residing outside the area will require their own transport.
