We are currently working on behalf of our client Holiday Extras, an award winning employer of choice, located between Ashford and Folkestone. They are looking for seasonal Travel Consultants to work within their in-bound call centre.  You will be employed on a fixed term contract from Monday 5^th August until the end of October 2019, with guaranteed hours each week.  Full-time and part-time contracts available at £9.00 per hour.

 

Assessment day:

 Monday 22^nd July or Thursday 25th July 2019

 

We’re looking for super flexible Full-Time and Part-Time people who are able to work across all opening hours. 

Full-Time – Guaranteed 30 Hours a week

Part-Time – Guaranteed 16 Hours a week

Never work both a Saturday and Sunday in a row and you will have 1 in 4 weekends completely off, if full time.

 

Main purpose of the role:

To deliver exceptional Customer Service to 7 million customers.  Get to know your customers by building good rapport and help tailor their trip to the best it can be. You will work closely with your Team Manager to really exceed your own expectation and take home extra bonuses and win fantastic monthly prizes.

 

What we are looking for in an individual:

Previous experience working in a Customer Service role with a good telephone manner is desirable but not essential.  A good standard of personal motivation and initiative.

This could also be ideal for university students looking for summer work within a “not your average” call centre environment.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8am – 9pm, Saturday & Sunday 8:30am – 8pm.

All Travel Consultants must be available for the above, however you will receive a 4 week rolling rota in advance. Flexibility is key, if you can be flexible, the client can be flexible too.

These are Fixed Term Contracts, with every possibility of going permanent – this is not a guarantee.

 

Salary:

£9.00 per hour, with 25 days holiday pro-rata, on-site parking and Westenhanger train station 5 minutes down the road.
