We are currently recruiting for a super corporate client located on prestigious Kings Hill specialising in insurance, for a Trainee Claims Assessor.

This is a great entry position into the world of Insurance Claims with really good long term career prospects within this exceptional company and in exchange, a starting salary of £17,500.00 per annum, is available, plus very attractive benefits!

What is the ideal background?
There is no ideal background for this position although our client has indicated this could be a perfect opportunity for a confident, bright, articulate individual who is a team player.
Could be ideal for a recent A Level leaver or graduate.
Alternatively, someone who has already gained some call handling/customer service experience, or maybe someone with either some basic experience of working in insurance or finance with a genuine desire to work get into this area of insurance.

What does the job involve?
As a Trainee Claims Assessor, you would be handling incoming calls from their clients making their initial insurance claim, adding their details and information onto the system where accuracy and attention to detail is important and you will be trained to eventually process the claim, ensuring the client is kept up to date at all times, enabling a smooth and positive claims journey throughout!

Hours of work
36.25 hours per week, between the hours of 9am - 5pm with a 45 minute lunch break.

You must also be able to deliver in terms of a lovely telephone manner, articulate well and also have good listening skills too.
