Sales Operations Assistant - using SAP

Ref: HM/SOP/SAP Salary: £Excellent ROP Contract Type: ContractLocation: Folkestone

An interesting opportunity, initially for a period of six months with a key employer in the area.

Working within the Domestic Sales Department, the main purpose of the Sales Operations Assistant is to assist the department to be the overall “central hub” for the Sales Division and be the regular contact to all other company departments, initially for a period of six months.

It’s all about gathering, updating and distributing information on the in-house system (SAP) so any previous experience using SAP would be considered helpful, although not essential.

However, you will require good levels of experience with Excel including:

Creating graphs
Setting up spread sheets, including writing formulae and using the filter to separate data
Set up/use V lookups
Set up/use Pivot tables

Regular duties will include:
Assisting in the management and control of all data spreadsheets
Gathering information as required by the account managers
Assisting with important data entry onto SAP system where accuracy and attention to detail is key
Assist in the payment process of promotional invoices
Keep the national account team updated with information
Maintaining updating agreements and spreadsheet logs

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, an excellent rate of pay is available for the right person.
