Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, we are searching for a temp to provide some key administrative/co-ordinator support within the Project Management team of a large manufacturing client in the area on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 12 months.
The competencies we are seeking in an individual:
An element of previous project management experience
Good administrative skills
Good IT skills including MS Office (|Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Visio if possible)
It would be helpful if the successful individual had previously worked within manufacturing or within a FMCG environment (fast moving consumer goods).
Other duties will include:
General administrative tasks
Managing very small “rapid projects”, for example, art work changes, which could involve gathering/co-ordinating information/work from your colleagues in the Project Management team and sending the information off, within a specific time frame, to their suppliers.
It would be helpful if you could also take some form of basic notes at meetings (although this is not secretarial position).
Hours of work:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday
