Production Team Leader

Monday to Friday 14:00 – 22:00hrs

You will be required to lead and manage a multi-skilled team within a fact moving production environment. Meeting the production schedule and production targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and cost in a safe working environment. 

You will have the ability to motivate, coach and develop the team to become a self-managing, self-sufficient unit. In addition to this you will have knowledge and successful application of continuous improvement activities, effective communication skills, a good knowledge of company Health & Safety and a practical approach to problem solving. 

Short listed candidates will have;

• A high standard of written and spoken English
• Good numerical skills
• Good technical abilities
• Good problem solving skills
• Proven experience in a Leadership role in a manufacturing environment, ideally supported by formal leadership training.
