We are currently interviewing and holding inductions for the next intake of Production Line workers for a key manufacturing client of ours in Folkstone.

 

We are looking for hard working and reliable candidates who want to make a difference and become part of a successful team.

 

RSFL are required to cover both long and short term temporary assignments, therefore we do require candidates to give us a degree of flexibility from the outset, in order for us to secure you a longer term assignment in the future. A whopping 75% of our current workforce have completed over 6 months temporary services and are extremely happy in their assignments and you could be part of the expanding team!

Our client runs a 24 / 7 shift pattern with various shifts available (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday & 12 hour shift both days and nights (6 – 6) 4 on 4 off) – Remember the more you can give us the busier we can keep you.

What’s Required?
• Previous manufacturing / production line experience
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills required, with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
• Candidate who reside outside of Folkestone will require their own transport.
