Procurement Coordinator Ashford Maternity Contract
Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) LTD are recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to cover a maternity cover contract. This exciting opportunity is to work within a Procurement team directly supporting the Food Service Supplies teams. The contract is for a 9- 12 month period.
All About the Role!
Vendors, materials, prices on SAP & Concerto.
Trade interchange – SIM & Trading Agreements.
Ongoing checks, maintenance, resolution and recording for audit.
Issue Resolution / Procurement support
Resolve supplier invoice queries and parked documents.
Provide ad hoc trading data from BW system on request.
Central point for departmental queries directing to the appropriate person in the team for resolution.
All About you!!
Good organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
Previous procurement experience
Ideally food FMCG background
Experience of all or some of the following systems:
- SAP & Concerto
- Trade Interchange
- Business Warehouse
- Supply Chain Experience
- Procurement Experience
