We are currently recruiting for a large corporate and key employer located on prestigious Kings Hill, specialising in insurance for a number of opportunities.
These roles have become available as a result of planned growth within the organisation and we can offer full or part time hours.

The positions
Pet Insurance Handlers
Pet Insurance Assessors
Salaries for both positions depending on experience, but as a guide: £17,500.00 - £21,000 per annum
The salary offered would be largely dependant on your level of experience, relevant to the role.
Full time or part time hours available!
What experience would I need?
Previous general insurance Claims experience
Or
Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology
Or
You may have worked within a veterinary surgery and have dealt with customer Pet Insurance Claims, so already have a reasonable understanding of veterinary terminology
Or
You may be a Vet Nurse(qualified or unqualified) and no longer wish to pursue a more hands on career within practice and feel you could apply yourself to a position of this nature.
What does the role entail?
You will ultimately be “assessing” the Pet Insurance Claim, within limits of authority (ie. up to a maximum value)
You will communicate with the client making the claim, over the telephone and via email in a professional and articulate manner
You will update the system with the claims information, liaising with colleagues and veterinary professionals when required and completing general administrative tasks relating to the claim
Doing everything you can to ease the smooth flow of the claim journey
Working to the principals of Treating Customers Fairly, or basically as you would wish to be treated
