We have 1 Pet Claims Assistant (evening shift) vacancy remaining to fill!
Hours of work
Evening shift is Monday to Thursday 5pm – 8pm.
The client may consider longer hours for those who want it but ultimately, you would need to be available to work until 8pm on these days.
£16.5K per annum (full time equivalent salary) which equates to £8.75 per hour

What does the position involve?
Basically, this is an administrative/customer support role within the department.
These are non-sales roles!
You are not targeted!
You will take incoming calls from customers making a Pet Insurance Claim.
You will be providing their customers with general assistance over the telephone enabling the smooth claims journey and updating the in-house computer system.
What experience is required?
No previous pet related experience is required, but customer service/call handling experience is preferable.
You must have a great telephone manner and be able to articulate well with customers making the enquiry.
You must enjoy working as party of a team.
