PART TIME MATERIALS CO-ORDINATOR
Great opportunity with a lovely manufacturing company located in the heart of Ashford (with free parking available) for a long term temporary administrative assignment!
Hours of Work & Hourly Rate:
We are looking for someone who can commit to working 25 hours per week, ideally between the hours of 10am and 3pm (with some flexibility) but across Monday to Friday, so this could be ideal for someone who needs to perhaps do a school run?
A favourable hourly rate of £9.72 per hour is available.
How long will this continue?
Now until April 2020!
What does the job entail?
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working in tandem with the Planning Department, we are searching for an individual to provide key administrative support.
Any experience gained within a manufacturing environment could be considered helpful, but at the end of the day, this is absolutely ideal for someone who likes to be busy, who has strong administrative capabilities who enjoys working on Excel!
You must enjoy co-ordinating information and be comfortable communicating at all levels, as the role does require lots of liaison with your colleagues.
