We are searching for an individual available for an immediate start with a key employer on Kings Hill.

This position is being offered on a fixed term contract basis for SIX MONTHS and thereafter, to be confirmed although there is every possibility the position could develop into something longer term or even become permanent.

|This opportunity is working within financial services (insurance). You will require a combination of some call centre and general administration experience, together with exceptional communication skills, in order to deliver outstanding levels of customer service over the telephone to their customers.

You will work 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday only, between the hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm.

It is important to clarify there is NO SALES involved with this position whatsoever. Instead, it’s all about handling INCOMING telephone enquiries from the general public, in a small, but busy contact centre setting, in beautiful surroundings.

As a Mis-Sale Enquiry Agent, you are simply answering in-bound telephone calls from customers, checking and updating customer records on the company database, completing on-line referral forms accurately with them during the call and ultimately after gathering the information over the telephone. You will then pass the enquiry to another department, who will then action these enquiries, escalating any complaints.

Our client is very keen on delivering outstanding levels of customer care to their clients and therefore, the ability to handle all incoming calls politely and professionally is an absolute must, working to the principles of TCF (treating customers fairly) or basically, treating customers as you would wish to be treated.

We are looking for a reasonable level of education, ie. 5 GCSE’s grade C or above, or equivalent, or higher.
