Manufacturing Mig Welders

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client who seeking experienced MIG welders to join their team on a permanent basis.  

Our client are a large family run business who have been trading nationally for the last 70 years. They have successfully developed their business internationally and are commended highly for their quality of products. Their highly skilled and experienced team have the capability to design, manufacture and finish product as well as adding value to fabrications by assembling, fitting out and packaging. Goods can be delivered JIT using their fleet of HGVs. Their specialism is large batch, volume production, however they have the capability and experience to prototype, produce one-offs and design for manufacture.

Applicants must be experienced in MIG welding, fabrication, and be skilled and confident using various hand tools and machines.

Candidates for this role must be able to read drawings, measure and mark out, MIG weld and drill. Capable of working unsupervised to tight deadlines and able to speak with customers.

43 hours per week, 0800 - 1730 Monday to Friday, although overtime will be required

Working hours are Monday to Friday 0800 – 1730, with overtime available evening and weekends
