Superb opportunity with an employer of choice in the area which is being presented on a fixed term contract basis for 18 months.
The role of Master Data Management Analyst is placed within the IT team and in summary, the role is required to support the Senior Master Data Management Analyst in performing Master Data Management, for the client’s applications.
You will identify areas of Master Data weakness and suggest methods of improvement to the business users, under the guidance and support of your direct report, the Senior Master Data Management Analyst.
What qualifications and skills are we seeking?
Experience is using SAP is considered an absolute must and this should be clearly evidenced on your CV.
You will ideally have experience with data management and entry into SAP or a similar business system.
Strong numeracy skills together with experience of email, spreadsheets and word processing tools.
A good understanding of business processes and relevant Master Data relationships.
Strong problem solving skills.
You must be able to communicate with ease (written and oral).
Strong interpersonal skills required in order to influence key decision makers within the business functions supported as it pertains to managing master data within the company.
Any French language skills could be helpful but not considered essential.
What will the regular duties involve?
Problem solving SAP issues
Co-ordination, creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Master Data.
Implementation of Master Data Management processes, policies and standards adopted by the company.
Support the Mater Data requirements for other company global operations.
Assisting the Senior MDM Analyst, working closely to ensure that Master Data is analysed , controlled. entered and released into the business system, in accordance with SLA’s.
Co-ordinate the capture of business data by continuous improvement of Master Data forms, issuing these and training end users under the guidance of your direct report.
There may be an occasional requirement to travel outside the UK in light of the European support nature of this role.
Hours of Work:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
