We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Executive with a strong digital focus to join an extremely successful client in Folkestone.  Work for a growing and continually evolving organisation and be part of the exciting changes ahead.  Be part of a fast-paced Marketing department and support with increasing brand awareness and help drive sales through various digital channels. 

You will responsible for the day to day online marketing activity as well as managing the all external agencies and supplier relationships.  A big focus will also be to ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time, ideally within budget and meet the expected KPIs.

Furthermore, the role will also involve:

·         Development of marketing campaigns, predominately digital campaigns

·         Assist with all creative briefing – liaise with creative team to ensure that specifications are met

·         Work closely with marketing agencies to monitor and evaluate campaign by campaign performance

·         Reporting and analysis – help grow conversion by utilising results

·         Work closely with internal departments throughout the company to ensure they are fully briefed on individual campaigns, e.g Sales Team, Yield Management, Legal Team etc

·         Oversee content creation across all media channels as well as digital display, SEO, PPC, digital display, blog and public relations

·         Work with Planning & Insight Teams to evaluate performances of all campaigns

·         Assist with budget control

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

·         Marketing Degree, CIM or equivalent recognised qualification

·         Proven experience within a similar marketing role is essential

·         Experience within a B2C environment

·         Excellent experience of managing marketing campaigns through various digital channels

·         Good knowledge of SEO and PPC

·         Must have a full drivers licence as travel may be required

·         A good problem solver

·         Results driven

·         A positive attitude

Package:

You will be rewarded with a salary ranging between £24,000-26,000, depending on experience, on-site parking, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, healthcare and life assurance plus many more fantastic benefits.
