Inbound Call Centre Data Entry Ashford Immediate start

£7.50 per hour

 

Recruitment Solutions Folkestone Ltd are now recruiting for one of our clients based in in Ashford for a Data Entry and Inbound Call Centre Agent.

Immediate start dates this week!

Temp to perm 12 weeks

This role will incorporate responsibility for the incoming calls and customer service queries received as well as lots of data input. You should be enthusiastic, approachable, positive, supportive & professional at all times, with the ability to develop strong relationships with people of all levels and experience, and willing to learn any new skills required to fulfil and develop the role.

Initially Mon- Fri 9am – 5.30pm then onto shifts 35 hours per week on a flexi contract between hours 8am – 8pm, including one day per weekend.

All about the Role

Data Entry

Data Entry is all about speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

Entering information into computer databases for effective record keeping

Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer

Must have exceptional excel skills and ability to input accurately whilst carrying out repetitive workload

Cross referencing and collating all data

 

Contact Centre

The workload will vary, and you will be required to handle telephone inbound & outbound, data processing, customer service and financial queries and reporting as directed by the Team Leader.

A large part of this role is direct communication via email and telephone with the client, so a high level of communication is required.

You will be the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from Customers, taking detailed information, orders and payments.

 

All About you

IT Literate

Exceptional customer service and accurate fast data input required

Adaptability when learning new & contemporary approaches to working, you need to be resilient and be able to work in a challenging environment

Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact & professionalism

You need to be focused and able to meet targets and deadlines.

English language skills, both verbal and written with a very confident telephone manner and excellent call handling skills

Strong time management, follow up and organisational skills and have experience in customer service and or sales/account retention.
