Finance Assistant - Sales Ledger

Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Ltd – Finance Division now have a position for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Ledger Clerk.


This is a full-time position on a temporary to permanent basis; working Monday – Friday.

This position offers a salary of £16,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
 

Key Aspects

  • Process Sales Ledger documents 
  • Coordinate the authorisation of invoices and the progression of related queries
  • Resolving stakeholder queries in a timely manner

 

Is this position for you? - Required skills:

  • AAT or similar accounting qualification preferred
  • Recent and relevant Sales Ledger experience is essential
  • Microsoft Office Packages Highly organised and able to follow procedures
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative and follow logic
    Strong numerical skills and very accurate with data
  • You’ll have the ability to work successfully in a busy process-driven environment
  • Able to travel between sites on occasion for meetings
