EMEA Product Registration Associate

This is an exciting new instruction for an EMEA Product Registration Associate with a key client in the area.

 

The role is being presented initially on a long-term contract basis for 12 months.

 

Applications are therefore invited from individuals with product registration/regulatory affairs in an international setting. The ideal industry experience would be: FMCG, Pharma, Medical Devices etc.

 

The EMEA Product Registration Associate will play a key role in co-ordinating product registrations of existing products into export countries within Europe, Middle East & Asia.

 

Combination of Qualifications, Knowledge, Training & Experience we are seeking:

Working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs in a regulated environment

International Regulatory affairs experience helpful

Proven ability to resolve issues

Track record of business and customer orientations

The ability to manage multiple projects and work cross functionally

Excellent communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

Lots of liaison with internal departments (ie Export, Marketing, R & D, Supply Chain, Legal, QA & Regulatory). And distributors to ensure registrations for Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Food Supplements, Laundry & Electrical Consumer products are on time for EMEA territories.

Proactively liaising with Distributors regarding new regulations and their likely impact.

Form part of a global export/registration team.

Ensuring new renewal of registrations is achieved on schedule to avoid loss of sales.

Assembly of technical documents and product information packages that support the registration of existing products.

Support taking existing products into new markets.

 

 

Hours of Work:

37 hours per week

9am – 5pm
