Do you have any previous Local Authority experience?
If so, we would very much like to hear from you in relation to a fixed term contract opportunity for 9 months which has become available due to a secondment.
This role is very much customer focussed – you will be working in a small and friendly contact centre setting which works alongside the Customer Services Team handling general enquiries from members of the public.
Although on the job training will of course be provided, any level of Local Authority experience gained within ANY of the following departments, for example, would be considered helpful:
Housing, Garden Waste, Refuse, Environmental Services, Revenues & Benefits, Customer Contact Centre, Council Tax etc.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 35 hours per week and an hourly rate in the region of £8.50+ per hour, depending on experience, is available.
