Customer Relations Coordinator (Luxury Brand)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Relations Coordinator to join a small but busy team in Kings Hill

This leading high profile global luxury brand is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relations Co-ordinator. They are looking for someone from a luxury brand or corporate background. To be considered for this role you must have superb customer service and administration skills with the ability to liaise at all levels of business customer.

Your priority is to deliver a professional and efficient customer experience to clients and internal departments during the After Sales Service.

Essential requirements for this role include:

• Grade C or above in Maths and English (GCSE/O Level)

• Excellent data entry keyboard skills, proficient in MS office (Word and Excel)

• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

• A proven track record in articulating professional written responses to customers.

• Strong After Sales background in a customer facing role, ideally you will also have worked for a luxury brand.

• Highly developed communication skills

• Experience of SAP would be an advantage.
