This is an exciting new opportunity with a key employer on Kings Hill where the successful applicant will assess and validate Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) claims and Return To Invoice (RTI), gathering any necessary information required in an efficient and timely manner, updating the system records to accurately and clearly reflect the claim journey and keeping the customer informed at all times.
The Performance Focus will include but is not limited to:
The successful applicant will ultimately be assessing new claim notifications
Assessing claims documentation supplied by a policyholder and the relevant third parties
Negotiating with Motor Vehicle Insurers o ensure a fair market valuation of the vehicle
Ensuring prompt and accurate payment of valid claims
Identifying potentially fraudulent claims and following the agreed process for referral
Ensuring customers are treated fairly and that the customer received exceptional service in accordance with company and industry guidelines
Assisting policyholders with general queries in writing and /or over the telephone
Writing clear and accurate non-standard letters where a claim circumstances require it
