We are searching for a reliable Administrator on behalf of our established client located on prestigious Kings Hill that specialises in insurance.
You will be providing key administrative support within the Claims Operation section, so any previous experience gained within an insurance/admin setting could be beneficial, although not considered essential.
However, the successful candidate must be able to work to exceptionally high levels of accuracy with a serious attention to detail, plus equally important, a willingness to learn on the job, all within a professional, friendly supportive environment.
Other duties include:
Working within a specific time frame
Ensuring daily system generated workloads are actioned promptly and efficiently in accordance with departmental guidelines
Check and approve claims received from the Customer Service Team daily
Manage letters to ensure they are produced and collated to ensure postal deadliest are met
Please note that we are looking for individual who is ideally available for an immediate start. It is likely you would be invited to start on a temporary basis whilst your checks are being completed ready to move over into a permanent role on completion which generally takes approximately 3 weeks.
