Great long term opportunity with the local Council for a Business Support Assistant.
We are looking for someone available for an immediate start and the role will run until February 2020!
We are searching for someone who enjoys being busy, with no 2 days the same and working within a team setting
Any previous public sector experience could be considered helpful, although not essential.
Hours of Work:
You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate:
Depending on experience but circa £9.98 per hour
What will you be doing?
Within this role, you will administrator and handle all complaints received until the Council Complaints Policy
You will co-ordinate timely responses to all complaints received within an agreed time frame
You will process goods receipt invoices and orders
Process temporary accommodation bookings and band applications on the Housing Waiting List
Process the paperwork for Private Sector Housing inspections (data entry)
Assist with the processing of court bundles and other general administrative work for the Legal Team
The successful applicant will receive on the job training, but we are looking for someone who can pick things up quickly.
