Great position for an Administration Assistant to the Research & Development Team within a key manufacturing client in Folkestone.

Working as part of the R & D Team, you will be invited to complete a variety of administrative support tasks in relation to the development and launch of new products.

We are searching for someone confident and capable who enjoys working within a fast paced environment.

You will require strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and enjoy being kept busy, in this support role.

A can-do attitude is a must and the ability to work to tight deadlines equally important, together with the ability to work within a professional team setting.

In terms of your IT skills, you must be proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel etc required with any experience of using SAP helpful.

An enquiring mind and a good eye for detail and accuracy also required!

Your daily duties could include a combination of the following:-

Creation and maintenance of data

General administrative duties

Collating and developing information

Attending project meetings and taking notes (doesn't have to be shorthand)

Preparing product dossiers and collating information from your colleagues in order to do so
